View, moderate & download chat logs

You can view the chat logs on any Module where chat is enabled. From the same menu you can also moderate and download the chat.

To do this:

  1. Navigate to the module where the chat is located.
  2. Click the purple “Results” button on the sidebar to the left.
  3. Select “Chat” tab on the menu bar at the top of the central pane. All the chat messages are displayed in a long list.
  4. To delete inappropriate or unwanted messages, click the “Delete” button located to the right of the message.
  5. You can download the chat history by clicking “Download” to the right.
