Enable Chat on a Module

Enabling Chat

Chat can be enabled for any module of your event, including the home page.

1. Navigate to the module where you would like to enable the chat.
2. Once you are there, click on the “Settings” option at the bottom of the sidebar. A menu with options will appear.
3. Click on “Event Chat” to show options for the chat feature.
4. Tick the box labelled “Enable Chat”.
5. Then click “Save and Exit”.
6. The chat pane will be displayed to the top right of the module. Click the chat icon to display the thread.
